[Thinlinc-technical] Multiple prints from printer

Hi,

I have the following issue.

One of our clients complaints about printing. When they have printed a 
document, within a few seconds, the printer prints it again, and again 
and again. Over and over till they stop the printer and clear the queue.

It happens not always, but every week it happens 3 or 4 times a day.

Printers a connected locally.

Local OS is windows 7 and printers are HP.

They use the Cendio desktop client.

We tried already everything at the client side, from reinstalling client 
till changing the printer & printer drivers.
