One of those fixes are in 4.5.0. Which version are you on right now?

At your own risk. The Xvnc shipped with ThinLinc is modified, so things
might break in fun and interesting ways if you replace it with a
standard TigerVNC one. :)

Might work long enough for testing a specific problem though, so it's
not completely unthinkable.

No, I'm afraid only the clients are publicly available.
