[ThinLinc-technical] Installing on RHEL/CentOS 8

Installing on CentOS 8 latest with EPEL repo enabled, when I attempt to 
install the python2-ldap3 package I get the following error

[root at thinlinc-test]# sudo dnf install python2-ldap3
Last metadata expiration check: 1:09:41 ago on Wed 30 Sep 2020 11:36:15 BST.
Error:
  Problem: conflicting requests
   - nothing provides python2.7dist(pyasn1) >= 0.1.8 needed by 
python2-ldap3-2.6.1-1.el8.noarch
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' 
to use not only best candidate packages)

In the first place it's 2020 and you are still using python2 no cool, 
not cool at all from a security perspective. You have had long enough to 
migrate to Python3

What's the suggestion for RHEL/CentOS 8 that actually works?
