[Thinlinc-technical] Dropping support for Windows XP and Vista clients

Hi. I just want to let you know that the next release of the Windows 
ThinLinc client will only be supported on Windows 7 and newer.

Note that it may still run on Windows Vista (although unsupported). It 
will not work at all on Windows XP.
