[Thinlinc-technical] mirrored TL Manager

I want to setup a centralized TL mgmt. system but I want to have a local point of access

For example : LAB A and LAB B both have mgr-A and mgr-B but both managers are mirrors of each other, or master/slave as you wish
I don't want a developer in US making a TL request on a machine in EMEA and being forwarded to a machine in his lab

This might be a challenge on licenses ?
