Hi,
I currently have a ThinLinc 4.2.0 cluster running with a total of 5 nodes, 1 vsmserver and 4 vsmagent. I tried to remove 2 of the existing agents from the current cluster by updating the vsmagent.hconf and vsmserver.hconf to only retain 2 of the current running agents, as follows:
OLD CONFIG:
Server: vsmserver.hconf:
terminalservers=thinlinc1 thinlinc2 thinlinc3 thinlinc4
Agent: vsmagent.hconf:
master_hostname=thinlinc0
CURRENT CONFIG
Server: vsmserver.hconf:
terminalservers=thinlinc1 thinlinc2
Agent: vsmagent.hconf:
master_hostname=thinlinc0
After restarting vsmserver and vsmagent on the corresponding nodes, i’m still getting new sessions created on the old thinlinc agent nodes, thinlinc3 and thinlinc4. According to the documentation, these are the only parameters I need to update to configure the ThinLinc server and agent nodes.
Can you please advise how to resolve this issue?
Regards,
