[Thinlinc-technical] third-party pkcs#11 library support

Sorry :) i was wrong. I have fixed only HKLM entry.  After fixing HKCU
entry, i have a following log file with debug level 5:

so, library loaded correct, but gui still printing:  no smartcard... no
pin request, or something like this.
