Jens,

now you got me curious and I tried as well ... I end up on a screen
where with a red bar across the top, complaining:

Failed to connect to server (code: 1008, reason: No such session)

and tlwebaccess.log says

2013-07-12 21:46:35 INFO tlwebaccess[16958]: Connection from 192.168.0.203, port 61895
2013-07-12 21:46:35 INFO tlwebaccess[16959]: "GET /websocket/oetiker/12 HTTP/1.1" 101 -
2013-07-12 21:46:35 INFO tlwebaccess[16959]: : SSL/TLS (wss://) WebSocket connection
2013-07-12 21:46:35 INFO tlwebaccess[16959]: : Version hybi-13, base64: 'False'
2013-07-12 21:46:35 INFO tlwebaccess[16959]: : Path: '/websocket/oetiker/12'
2013-07-12 21:46:38 ERROR tlwebaccess[16959]: No such session

does this ring any bells ?

cheers
tobi

I just had another look at the server certificate setup of the tlwebaccess service and I found out that I hadn't put all the necessary SSL certificates of all the different issuers of our server certificate into the "server.crt" file. Now that I have put all the issuers' certificate in there as well also the web access from an iPad works perfectly. So if you run into the same problem, make sure that the "server.crt" file contain not only your server certificate, but also all the certificates of all issuers'.

While after installing the appropriate SSL certificate all common web browser like firefox or safari can properly connect, a connection from an iPad is interrupted with the error message "Server disconnected (code: 1006)". In addition, in the /var/log/tlwebaccess.log log file an error message
