[Thinlinc-technical] Slow Program Load WTS

Hi 

ThinLinc 1.4.1 (HP DL 380 4 Gb Ram)
WTS 2003 Standard Edition. (HP DL 380 2 Gb Ram).

Had to rebuild the WTS, everything works OK. Rdesktop connects to the WTS fast, when a program is loaded performance is good. The problem is program initialisation is significantly slower than before. This is the case for all programs installed on the WTS.
I admit I am not a Windows expert, any hints appreciated.
