Microsoft har nyligen släppt säkerhetsbulletinen MS05-019, som innehåller 
uppdateringen KB893066. Efter att denna uppdatering har installerats i 
Windows XP så fungerar ej SafeLinc. För att åter kunna använda SafeLinc 
måste Windows inbyggda filserver stängas av. Detta kan göras med 
kommandot:

net stop server

Tjänsten är avstängd tills nästa omstart. Den kan stängas av permanent med 
kommandot:

sc config lanmanserver start= disabled

Microsoft has recently released the security bulletin MS05-019, which 
contains the update KB893066. After installing this update on Windows XP, 
SafeLinc does not work. To be able to continue using SafeLinc, Windows 
built-in file server must be disabled. This can be done with the command:

net stop server

The service is disabled until the next reboot. It can be disabled 
permanently with the command:

sc config lanmanserver start= disabled
