[Thinlinc-announce] ThinLinc 3.1.0 released

A new ThinLinc release is finally here, the first of this decade. It
includes more than 150 enhancements. The most prominent features are:

* Support for new platforms, such as Windows 7 and 64-bit versions of
   Windows Server

* Many smart card improvements

* Major enhancements for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure deployments:
     - Integration with VMware vSphere environments
     - Support for personal and shared pool machines
     - Web-based administration GUI
