With the thinlinc web admin under VSM and then VSM agent can you make sure Agent Hostname is defined as a DNS address, e.g. Stuff.stuff.com and is resolvable both externally and most important internally with in your network?<br>

You may need to set a static IP address on your TL box.<br>

This should fix things for you?<br>

Server ubuntu 12.04 32 bits.<br>
Thinlinc Server 4.2.0 (default install).<br>
Internet conection Broadband. Router Zytel BMG-1312-B10A.<br>
External IP Dynamic - NAT set to ON.<br>
Port forwaring TCP:8081/8081 -->TCP:300/300 in internal IP 192.168.0.105 <br>
(lan server ip).<br>

Use HTML5 Client.<br>
In LAN works excelent.<br>
In WAN (<a href="https://name.dyndns.org:8081">https://name.dyndns.org:8081</a>) shows login, accept user and

password (if i mistake fails), then show " Redirecting to thinlincserver <br>
<a href="https://192.168.0.105:300">https://192.168.0.105:300</a>, please wait...."<br>
<br>
The address is an internal address, then fails by timeout. In the <br>
firefox address dialog shows "<a href="https://192.168.0.105:300/main/agent">https://192.168.0.105:300/main/agent</a>".<br>
