<div dir="ltr">I am trying to connect from my local Windows 7 box to an AWS cloud CentOS 6 machine that I have ThinLinc Server installed on. I am using public key authentication. <div><br></div><div>At the time I installed ThinLinc server, my machine's address was <a href="http://ec2-204-236-aaa-aaa.us-west-1.compute.amazonaws.com">ec2-204-236-aaa-aaa.us-west-1.compute.amazonaws.com</a>. That particular instance is gone and now I am trying to connect to my machine at <a href="http://ec2-204-236-bbb-bbb.us-west-1.compute.amazonaws.com">ec2-204-236-bbb-bbb.us-west-1.compute.amazonaws.com</a>. </div>
<div><br></div><div>The client first connects to <a href="http://ec2-204-236-bbb-bbb.us-west-1.compute.amazonaws.com">ec2-204-236-bbb-bbb.us-west-1.compute.amazonaws.com</a> as it should, then I see that it's trying to contact the (now non-existent) agent at <a href="http://ec2-204-236-aaa-aaa.us-west-1.compute.amazonaws.com">ec2-204-236-aaa-aaa.us-west-1.compute.amazonaws.com</a> and fails.</div>
<div><br></div><div>What setting is telling it to try to contact the agent at the old address? How do I change it? The agent should be on the same machine as the master. I've searched through all the files under /opt/thinlinc and can not find any files that contain the old address. Is there a cache directory or something I should be deleting? I want my client to contact the agent on the same machine as the master. </div>
