[ThinLinc-technical] ThinLinc 4.13.0 Beta

I just installed this on Debian 11 (bullseye) after upgrading from 10
(buster). The installation worked correctly without any error messages,
including a few dependencies that were needed. Everything appears to be
working.

This was an upgrade from an older version of TL. I believe it was 4.12.0.
After upgrading Debian, the session chooser stopped working due to known
python2/pygtk dependencies.

Congratulations on the migration to python3!
