[Thinlinc-technical] Thinlinc vsmserver and vsmagent problem

Dear Technical support,

After updating Ubuntu 14.04.5 packages and restarting the computer, 
Thinlinc doesn't seem to be working anymore. Calling "service vsmserver 
start" states that it misses some file or directory, but further digging 
with *"systemctl status vsmserver.service" *shows the following error 
message:
/Failed to issue method call: No such interface 
'org.freedesktop.DBus.Properties' on object at path 
/org/freedesktop/systemd1/unit/vsmserver_2eservice/

The same error message is shown for vsmagent./

Have you ever encountered this problem before? Do you have any solution 
for it? I would rather not reinstall the computer.
