I'm not entirely sure what you are asking here, but ThinLinc treats all
machines in a cluster the same way. So there is no way to partition the
cluster into e.g. US agents and EMEA agents. You'd have to have
separate clusters with separate master machines for this.

We do have some ideas for changing this:
