But how did you know what are the 10 different credentials i.e "username and passwords"? I tried accessing the terminal server using its hostname and the login password of the server, just like the basic instructions at the very beginning of the documentation.


Now, what has to be done next, to allow 10 different users to enable access with 10 different "credentials". is what I'm unable to find out?

Does each user have a DIFFERENT login to the terminal server?  You need to have 10 different users set up on the system, each with his own different username and password.  For me, having 10 users working concurrently happened automatically without any need for configuration.  However if a second person logs in with the same username as one which is already logged in, then the first one is disconnected.  This is what makes me think this is your problem.
