[Thinlinc-technical] Thinlinc doesn't load /etc/environment file

You need to add pam_env module to session in /etc/pam.d/thinlinc which
is a symlink to /etc/pam.d/sshd.
If you don't want pam_env to be used in a ssh session, replace the
symlink with a copy of sshd before editing.
