[Thinlinc-technical] HTML5 Client not working with iPad

Hello,

We are quite impressed with the new possibility to perform a ThinLinc connection with a modern HTML5-based Webbrowser using the tlwebaccess functionality in the latest ThinLinc 4.1.0 release. While after installing the appropriate SSL certificate all common web browser like firefox or safari can properly connect, a connection from an iPad is interrupted with the error message "Server disconnected (code: 1006)". In addition, in the /var/log/tlwebaccess.log log file an error message

2013-07-12 20:49:47 ERROR tlwebaccess[27068]: TLS handshake has failed (The TLS connection was non-properly terminated.)

is added. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this so that or where this problem comes from?

best regards,
jens
